Cooling Water Pump Case Rehab
All surfaces of the pump case received industrial blasting to sspc sp-10 Sa 2.5 near white metal blast. Inside surfaces were lined w/ (2) industrial coatings of specialized epoxy @ 10-12 mils per coat. Outside surfaces were primed w/ a universal alkyd primer to prevent oxidation. Pump was completed with a two day turnaround to minimize facility downtime.
